Hi there!
I came to this world on a Friday evening, in a San Jose’s hospital delivery room where my mom was having her manicure done by one of her cousins (red color, so chic !) while the other two were busy playing the latest 90’s hit on radio and taking memorable pictures.
And here I was, surrounded by four powerful women (including my mom of course) who did their best to welcome in a good environment full of love, care and support.
You might be thinking “No wayyyyy that could have happened like this, a joyful delivery? No no no” Well it is possible, and you still didn’t hear it from my mom.
Growing up I heard the story of my birth many times and each time I saw that little spark in my mom’s eye.
She was blessed to have her cousins, a women circle, who were there for her from the pregnancy until the delivery and this is the perfect example to show how much it is important to be surrounded by your own circle, people who you can trust and will be there for you.
I want to light this spark in all
mama’s eyes!
My journey
BLOOM is based on my own journey towards healing and finding my purpose in life
In 2019 I felt completely lost in my corporate job. I was disconnected from my higher Self and a little battle was going on in me. Deep inside I was feeling that I was in the wrong place and had a strong calling for helping others, but I didn’t know who yet. At the same time I was facing lots of stomach pain and was feeling hopeless in front of doctors who were not able to understand the roots of those pains. All the blood results were fine and all i was hearing from them is “it is in your mind”.
That is when my journey towards self development started with learning about traditional medicine, ancient healing methods and spirituality. I got so obsessed, all the answers to my pains where here ! A completely new world opened to me and I left for a spiritual trip in India to discover the ancient tradition of Yoga and Ayurveda.
And Voila!
Immediately I felt a strong connection with it. First, I started to practice it on myself and started feeling the blissful change in me. It felt like I was born again, I was connecting to something my soul recognized and was meant to do.
Then I thought, I wished I knew about all this from my childhood, why don’t they teach us those things in school or at home? If we all knew about the beautiful practice of Yogic life from our childhood, we would be healthier physically and mentally.
And that is when it

I wanted to share that wisdom and focus on the very source of humanity: the Womb, where life begins.
If women know how to take care of their wombs and health, they will give birth to healthy babies and we will create a better world.
Why me?
I wish I had a soul sister who would guide me and educate me about my health and because I feel that need, I want to be here for you, support you and guide you through the sacred journey of transformation.
Growing up in a multicultural family, I had the chance to be surrounded by powerful women who relied only on traditional herbs and recipes to maintain a balanced lifestyle and health. From the magical Persian recipes of my grandmother to all the knowledge I got from India, I will share everything with to keep our ancestors traditions alive
My initiation to Yoga started like most of you, searching for videos on YouTube. Very fast I felt frustrated seeing those perfect teachers making crazy poses that I was not able to do. It is only when I went to India that I learned the real meaning of Yoga. The essential thing to understand about Yoga is that it is not limited to the Asanas.
Yoga is not about perfection and flexibility, but it is a mindset and lifestyle. I feel that this is very important to understand, specially with this trend of Yoga booming in Western countries showing us only one side of it.
I am not perfect, but who cares? We are all beautifully imperfect and together, we will show up on our mat just as we are . Practice by listening to your body ! We have to be proud of our body, its magical capacity and respect its limits. My limits may not be the same as this lady on the video who can bend and grab her finger toes while keeping her back straight, and that is completely OK. Alignement is the key word to keep in mind when it comes to Yoga.
Internet or Social Medias are full of informations about what to do or not to do during pregnancy which confuses our sacred future moms . My approach is balanced, the purpose is to not create any frustration, do it on your own rhythm and own way. Perfection is not needed here.
